This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers.
Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in running and promoting our leagues. For trip news, it is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
We share only what is needed to run a league, such as player names and fixture times with the host club. We use trusted service providers for email, hosting and payments, who process data on our behalf. We never sell your data.
If we don't go on to work together, we delete your details within 24 months of your last contact with us. If we do, we keep them for as long as the relationship lasts, and financial records for as long as the law requires.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent, by emailing nick@chilledmountain.com. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
